Appointments
You can now book your appointments online. In order to use this system you first need to come into the surgery to sign/hand in a consent form (download and print it here if you wish) – allowing us to give you your unique login details for ‘Emis Access.’
You can then use the sign up link at the top of this page to create your own account with a private password of your choosing, please keep this safe!
Once you are all set up just click on the ‘book an appointment here’ link anytime you want to book!
Through Emis Access you will have the option of taking any spaces over the next few weeks that are free. It is updated in real time so there is no chance of the appointment slot being double booked. The system works 24 hours a day so it will be especially useful for those who have trouble contacting the practice because of work commitments or at times when the phone lines are very busy. At present this just covers doctor’s surgeries – but we hope to open up some nurse appointments in the near future.
Please make sure that you take careful note of any appointment times and that you turn up at the time allocated to you. Failure to attend on multiple occasions will be taken very seriously by the practice as it stops other people from using our services.
If at some point you forget your login details / password you will need to come in to let us re-register you on the system.
