Prescriptions
This service will be offered on a trial basis, and only to patients who have signed the appropriate consent form in practice.
All email requests for repeat prescriptions will be checked each morning and put through in the normal way. As such you should still leave 48 hours notice before coming to collect.
If there is any difficulty sourcing your medicine or if the dispenser feels that you need to speak to a doctor before your script can be issued she will try to contact you by phone to clarify matters.
It is important that you use the form provided below – making sure that your name, address, phone number and date of birth are all present.
Make sure that you spell out drug names accurately as well as the dose that you are taking and how often.
Also take care that your computer is secure before contacting us and consider deleting Emails you receive on a regular basis if necessary.
